傳統(tǒng)半閉環(huán)控制依賴滾珠絲杠，易受熱變形、反向間隙影響。SCIH100封閉式絕對值直線感柵尺直接測量滑座位置，構(gòu)建全閉環(huán)控制，從源頭消除傳動誤差。

Traditional semi-closed-loop control relies on ball screws, prone to thermal deformation and backlash. The SCIH100 enclosed absolute linear inductive scale measures slide position directly, enabling full closed-loop control and eliminating transmission errors at the source.

最高分辨率26bit，絕對定位精度≤±5角秒，重復精度≤±1.5角秒；安裝容限大，定子偏心4.4絲以內(nèi)或轉(zhuǎn)子偏心6絲以內(nèi)，對精度無影響，支持激光干涉儀一鍵補償；IP65防護，涉水精度不受影響，天然抗電磁干擾；提供多種尺寸，適配精密機床到大型加工中心各類轉(zhuǎn)臺。

With a maximum resolution of 26 bits, absolute positioning accuracy of ≤ ±5 arcseconds, and repeatability of ≤ ±1.5 arcseconds, the sensor features generous installation tolerances—stator eccentricity within 0.044 mm or rotor eccentricity within 0.06 mm has no impact on accuracy—and supports one-click compensation via laser interferometer. With IP65 protection, accuracy remains unaffected even in wet conditions, and the sensor is inherently immune to electromagnetic interference. Available in a wide range of sizes, it adapts to rotary tables of all kinds, from precision machine tools to large-scale machining centers.

With a 30 μm grating pitch and 26-bit resolution of 0.019 arcseconds, its accuracy meets the demands of demanding applications such as precision rotary tables. The thin, lightweight, low-inertia design integrates into high-speed systems with zero burden, while multiple specifications are compatible with mainstream standards—keeping precision measurement stable as ever under real-world operating conditions.
